Great potential, catastrophic bug

I was excited to try the app, but after launching the app, the screen stays black. When I try to press the shutter I get an error stating "AVFoundationErrorDomainError -11800."
Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app several time to no avail.
I really want to use that app but it does not work. Hopefully the bug will be found soon.
