Boomerang from Instagram App Reviews

I love boomerang and how it immediately creates your own creative repetitive video! Its something really fun to mess around with. I also like how it keeps track of all of my boomerangs I took. However, the one thing I would like on the app is filters to add when creating the video. This would make the app better and more fun to use! Thanks?

Its ok I like the fact that you can repeat videos and make them long enough for Instagram or whatever. But its annoying that you cant repeat videos that are in the Camera Roll. If they do have that available and Im just stupid then they should make it easier to find.

Useless without being able to import videos

Good idea, but I hate that you cant upload a pre-recorded video? & therea no timer! Simplicity in an app is awesome, but sometimes we need a few choices.

Deleted the app because it wont allow you to use a pre-recorded video, like a video from your camera roll or gallery. I would love to re download this app and use it to post boomerangs to my instagram once they add an gallery import feature

For the most part, I enjoy the app!! I just wish it could be like 3 sec longer!!!! That would be perfect!!

Instagram, you do realize you would get a significantly better rating if you would update the app to use videos from the camera roll...

Theres no need to get this app since it has no functionality to incorporate existing videos. Im about to uninstall it.

Fun and popular app, but when I go to save the video I took, the app deletes it and takes me back to the beginning. Hope to see this fixed, I would really like to use Boomerang more.

I am someone who, if I edit something, would still like documentation of the original. The same goes for videos. If I record something that would be an epic boomerang, thats probably because the moment was epic (and likely cannot be repeated easily). I have not really used boomerang because I would rather just record the original. If there was a way to boomerang portions of pre-recorded videos, then boomerang would be worthwhile for me to use.

so apparently, instagram has all the time in the world to copy every snapchat feature in existence. they dont, however, have time to change boomerang and let you use your camera roll. what kinda bs.

Make a feature where we can use existing videos on our phones! I only downloaded it for that reason!?

U should make it little bit longer cuz the instagram story boomerang is better but i love this app more☹️❤️

I downloaded this. Found out you cant use videos in your library. Deleted it thirty seconds later. ???

Love using this app at the most random times . Find myself using it more often than usual to capture those funny motions in people , especially the he kids . Keep up the amazing work thanks Boomerang

Really good app

Boomerang is great and fun. But it would be more fun if we could upload videos from our camera roll. Or have a timer set to be ready when it starts to record. Or... have a free hands button.

You cant even edit your own videos to create the gifs.
