Boomerang from Instagram App Reviews

I deleted this app with in 30 seconds of downloading. When I figured out I couldnt use a video form my camera roll is was really useless. I want to use a video I had taken before hand but nope, has to be taken within this app.

Also a count down to start would be great too.

Omg! It drives me crazy! I mean i love the idea of doing it but it crashes right after u take the video, it doesnt even save what you took! Such a bomber!

This is retarded you have to record in the app to replay it. There are others out there much better than this crap

I have a lot of cool videos on my camera roll that I wish I could use and its kind of crappy that I have to use the camera within the app

Please add the option to do a video from camera roll. It also crashes a whole bunch, so for now, one star.

Its a fun, easy-to-use app but still limited in its functions. It only does one thing and in one way. There is no way to set a different duration for the loops, for instance, or to change the speed. I see some great things to do with such possible improvements!

We should be able to pick videos from our camera roll and not just record on the app.

Its great if you live near beautiful places, you cant take gorgeous videos with this app

it didnt let me save 4 of my boomerangs

Oh gawd, this apps so insane, its so crazy movements for these pictures.

Thought I would have been able to use a live photo from my photostream.. its basically the same thing but Instagram doesnt recognize Live Photos.. just these brutal boomerangs

This app works fairly well but what encouraged me to delete it was the fact that you cant take videos from your Camera Roll. You have to take the video live and that doesnt work for many people, including myself. So if you could take videos you already had pre-made, then I would love the app and use it often.

I dont get it, am I missing something? I cant see any settings or menu, and cant seem to find a way to use and play with the videos already in my camera roll. How do I change the duration of the loop, or the speed its played at? That makes it pretty muh worthless for me at this stage. I was expecting more from an Instagram owned app. :(
